Terms & Conditions – Le Patron x Rompelber Giveaway
This giveaway promotion is a collaboration between Le Patron and Rompelberg. It may be conducted via our websites, social media channels, or newsletters. By participating in the giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Participation takes place when you have submitted the requested details via email, completed an entry form, or performed the specified action required for the giveaway. Upon completion, your entry is valid.
  2. Marketing communications. By entering this giveaway, participants may choose to subscribe to the email newsletter of Le Patron, Rompelberg, or both by actively selecting the relevant option(s). Only upon providing this explicit consent will participants be added to the selected email newsletter list(s) and agree to receive marketing communications via email. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.Each person may enter the giveaway once using a single email address.
  3. Participants must provide accurate, current, and complete information when entering.
  4. The giveaway promotion will run from Monday February 9th to February 28th. Entries submitted during this period in accordance with these terms will be eligible to win the following grand prize:
    • 1x Rompelberg: 4-night stay for 2 people at Jade Apartments, including half board (daily breakfast and dinner), airport transfer, 4 group rides and/or GPX files, Wilier Garda Shimano 105 Di2 rental bike (upgrade available).You can book the prize trip in the month of March or October. Flight tickets are not included.
    • 1x €250,- shopping credit at Le Patron

Winners will be announced after the promotion ends.

  1. Prize fulfilment timeframe. Prizes will be fulfilled within 30 days after confirmation of the winner’s details. The prize provided by Rompelberg may be redeemed for travel in the months of March or October and must be arranged directly with Rompelberg’s customer service. The €250 Le Patron gift voucher will be delivered to the winner by email within the same 30-day period. Le Patron and Rompelberg are each responsible for the fulfilment of their respective prizes..
  1. Participants must be 18 years or older. Only residents of Europe and the United Kingdom.
  2. Winners will be selected randomly and impartially.
  3. Winners will be contacted personally by email within 14 business days of the giveaway’s conclusion.
  4. Winners may be publicly announced using their first name and last initial.
  5. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the results.
  6. Le Patron and Rompelberg reserve the right to modify or cancel the promotion or its terms at any time without prior notice.
  7. Winners may also be announced via our websites, newsletters, emails, or social media channels.
  8. Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash or other goods.
  9. Fraud prevention. Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void. Any attempt to manipulate the giveaway may lead to disqualification.
  10. Personal data obtained during the giveaway will only be used by Le Patron and Rompelberg for the purposes of administering the giveaway and, with consent, for marketing purposes. Data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the promotion ends.
