Easy Riders

The “Easy Riders” group is for relaxed (beginning) cyclists who enjoy a leisurely pace and good company. This group is perfect for those who want to enjoy the ride, with time for a coffee break and admiring the scenery.

Distance of the ride: 50–60 km
Average speed: +/- 20 km/h

Grupetto

If you want to cycle in a relaxed group and enjoy active exercise, the scenery, and good company, then the Grupetto group is for you. Enjoy the ride and the surroundings together, with a focus on comfort.

Distance of the tour: 60–80 km
Average speed: 20–24 km/h

Peloton

The peloton is for cyclists with a good basic level of fitness who are looking for a little more challenge (hills). For cyclists who enjoy a good pace and racking up the miles. In the Peloton group, you cycle at a steady but still sociable pace, ideal for those looking for a little extra challenge without racing.

Distance of the tour: 90–110 km
Average speed: 24–27 km/h

Pacers

This group is for the more enthusiastic cyclists who enjoy riding at a steady pace. The Pacers group maintains a higher speed and is perfect for those who want to improve their fitness with longer rides and challenging routes.

Distance of the ride: 110–130 km
Average speed: 27–30 km/h

Breakaway

The breakaway is available on request for speed demons and competitive riders. The Breakaway group is for cyclists who want to push their limits and are not afraid of a challenge. This is all about speed, power, and exploring your own limits.

Average speed: 30+ km/h

All routes are tailored to the level of the group.

Good to know

  • Group rides take place on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.
  • On Saturdays during the season, there is an Epic ride without a guide, but with a Rompelberg service point along the way.
  • Departure from the Service Center at Grupotel Taurus Park (Playa de Palma) and Rei del Mediterrani (Playa de Muro).
  • Departure time: 9:30 a.m. (subject to change).
  • Cost: €8 per person per ride for Rompelberg guests.
  • One group ride is included in the Sa Calobra and Puig Major packages.
