Will you help us keep our bikes in top condition?

(February-June & September-October)
During your internship as a bike technician, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in various aspects of bike technology, including maintenance and repair, and carefully maintaining and repairing our high-quality bikes to ensure an optimal cycling experience for our guests. You will also identify and resolve technical problems with the bikes.

Who are you?

  • A motivated student in Travel & Hospitality, Tourism, Speco, or similar, with strong organizational and social skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic and international environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Available to live in Mallorca for the duration of the internship.
  • Languages: fluent communication in Dutch, German, and English (does not need to be perfect). Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.

What will you learn during your internship?

  • Hospitality & customer contact
    You will learn how to assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, pick up on signals, and deal with questions or complaints effectively.
  • Service & sales
    You will practice advising, upselling, and conducting short, effective customer conversations.
  • Teamwork & communication
    You will work in a friendly team and learn to communicate clearly, even when it is busy.
  • Being proactive & flexible
    No two days are the same: you will learn to be flexible, take initiative, and see opportunities.
  • Working in a professional and presentable manner
    You will develop a strong, customer-oriented attitude and a confident demeanor.
  • Basic administration
    You will learn about reservations, cash register, and inventory management.
