Can you help our guests on their way with top-notch service?

(February-June & September-October)

As a hospitality intern, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and optimizing operational processes. You will welcome guests (at the airport and/or in our shops), provide support during their stay, and ensure a personal and welcoming experience. You will also inform and advise guests about our services and rent out bicycles.

You will also assist with daily operational tasks such as planning, coordinating activities, and customer service, promote our products, and put together appropriate offers. You will also keep track of the financial administration.

Who are you?

  • A motivated student in Travel & Hospitality, Tourism, Speco, or similar, with strong organizational and social skills.
  • Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic and international environment
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Available to live in Mallorca for the duration of the internship
  • Languages: fluent communication in Dutch, German, and English (does not need to be perfect). Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage

  • Hospitality & customer contact
    You will learn how to assist guests in a professional and friendly manner, pick up on signals, and deal with questions or complaints effectively.

    You will practice advising, upselling, and conducting short, effective customer conversations.

    You will work in a friendly team and learn to communicate clearly, even when it is busy.
  • Being proactive & flexible
    No two days are the same: you will learn to be flexible, take initiative, and see opportunities.
  • Working in a professional and presentable manner
    You will develop a strong, customer-oriented attitude and a confident demeanor.
  • Basic administration
    You will learn about reservations, cash register, and inventory management.
