Can you help our guests on their way with top-notch service?
(February-June & September-October)
As a hospitality intern, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and optimizing operational processes. You will welcome guests (at the airport and/or in our shops), provide support during their stay, and ensure a personal and welcoming experience. You will also inform and advise guests about our services and rent out bicycles.
You will also assist with daily operational tasks such as planning, coordinating activities, and customer service, promote our products, and put together appropriate offers. You will also keep track of the financial administration.
Who are you?
- A motivated student in Travel & Hospitality, Tourism, Speco, or similar, with strong organizational and social skills.
- Flexible and willing to work in a dynamic and international environment
- A team player with excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Available to live in Mallorca for the duration of the internship
- Languages: fluent communication in Dutch, German, and English (does not need to be perfect). Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
