Every ride an experience, every event a highlight

(February-June & September-October)

Are you an organizational talent with a love for sports, events, and people? During this internship, you will be the link behind our get-togethers, group rides, and sporting activities on location. This includes organizing our weekly Monday and Friday get-togethers, coordinating our iconic Epic Rides, and brainstorming new sporting events for our guests. You will ensure that our cycling community comes together, both on and off the bike.

What are you going to do?

  • You organize and supervise weekly drinks and social activities
  • You help organize and communicate our Epic Rides and events
  • You contribute ideas for new formats, theme days, or sporting challenges
  • You create the right atmosphere: welcoming, sporty, and inclusive
  • You help with promotion via social media and in our Cyql app
  • You liaise with guides, colleagues, and guests to ensure the best experience

Who are you?

  • You are studying Event Management, Sports Marketing, Hospitality, or Leisure & Events
  • You are enthusiastic, sociable, and like to take initiative
  • You enjoy cycling, sports, and bringing people together
  • You speak Dutch and English fluently (German is a plus)
  • You are available for at least 10 weeks and will live in Mallorca during your internship

  • Working with tools such as Cyql, social media, and promotional materials
  • Independent planning and creative problem solving
