Can you help our guests on their way with top-notch service?

(February-June & September-October)

We are looking for a communicative service employee who, like us, loves cycling and people and who enjoys creating as much cycling fun as possible for our guests. You will welcome guests and be the point of contact for a wide range of questions. In addition, you will be involved in planning, administrative tasks, and running the shop.

You are jointly responsible for a good team spirit within Team Rompelberg and contribute to a good working atmosphere. You are the face of the organization and are open to feedback from guests and employees alike.

You will consult frequently with the shop manager. Most of the guests are Dutch, English, and German speakers, so fluency in these languages is a requirement.
In addition to these main activities, you will be available for ad hoc tasks as mutually agreed upon.

Profile

  • MBO+ working and thinking level
  • Languages: fluent communication in Dutch, German, and English (does not need to be perfect). Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage.
  • Passion for cycling and Mallorca is an advantage
  • Demonstrable experience in similar positions
