E-bike guide
We are looking for guides for our growing E-bike group tour business in Mallorca. Are you the person we are looking for?
Will you be our E-Bike guide on sunny Mallorca?
(6-20 weeks in the period February – June and/or September – November)
In spring and autumn, we offer weekly E-bike group rides in Mallorca. You will guide these groups 3-4 times a week in a professional and enthusiastic manner, ensuring that guests have an unforgettable cycling holiday. You are responsible for the atmosphere in the group and for safety on the bikes. During the ride, you will provide information about the culture, history, and landscape of Mallorca. You will be able to quickly respond to the needs of individual guests, while keeping the interests of the group in mind.
You are jointly responsible for a good team spirit within Team Rompelberg and contribute to a good working atmosphere. You are the face of the organization and are open to feedback from guests and employees alike.
You will consult frequently with your coordinator and fellow guides. Most of the e-bike guests will be German-speaking in the coming year. Fluency in German is therefore a requirement.
In addition to this main activity, you will assist during peak periods with issuing, collecting, and preparing the e-bikes.
Profile
- Experience with e-bikes
- Basic knowledge of navigation systems
- Knowledge of e-bike technology is an advantage
- Excellent command of German, Spanish is an advantage
- Available for at least 6 consecutive weeks
- Previous experience in Mallorca is an advantage
