Would you like us to arrange your flight? We would be delighted to assist you in booking your airline ticket.
We have access to a professional flight system, which allows us to find the same competitive rates you see online, unless you are traveling with a group of more than 10 people.
For our service, we charge a small administrative fee of €30 per ticket. In return, we will take care of the search and booking for you. Pretty handy, right?
Transfer
All our packages include airport transfers – as long as you book your hotel through us. This way, you can start your trip without any worries.
Important: to arrange your transfer, please enter your flight details on the ‘My booking’ page once you have completed your reservation.

Yes, airport transfers are included in all our packages, as long as you book your hotel through us.
After landing in Mallorca and collecting your checked luggage, walk into the building and head for exit 7. There you will find a small Pons Delgado office with the Rompelberg logo. Report to the driver, who will direct you to the shuttle bus. The driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour. If there is a problem with your luggage, for example, causing you to be delayed, please let us know.
If you have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, the driver may have been delayed. If you have any questions, you can also contact the office of our transfer partner: “Pons Delgado Transportes.”
A few days before your departure, you can check the exact time you will be picked up from your hotel in our shop. The pick-up time is approximately 2-3 hours before your flight departure.
Yes, we can book the flight for you on request. Please note that we do not have any agreements with airlines, so we use the same rates you would find online (unless it concerns a group of more than 10 people).
We charge an administration fee of €25 per ticket for arranging your flight.
