General
After you have checked into your hotel, we will be happy to welcome you in our shop. The location is listed in the general information you received from us (two weeks before arrival).
Among the various vouchers, you will also find your voucher for the rental bike. After registering in the shop, you can pick up your rental bike at the bike center. During busy times, it is possible that several guests will arrive to pick up their bikes at the same time. We will do our best to help you as quickly as possible.
Flight and transfer
Yes, airport transfers are included in all our packages, as long as you book your hotel through us.
After landing in Mallorca and collecting your checked luggage, walk into the building and head for exit 7. There you will find a small Pons Delgado office with the Rompelberg logo. Report to the driver, who will direct you to the shuttle bus. The driver will wait for a maximum of 1 hour. If there is a problem with your luggage, for example, causing you to be delayed, please let us know.
If you have been waiting for more than 10 minutes, the driver may have been delayed. If you have any questions, you can also contact the office of our transfer partner: “Pons Delgado Transportes.”
A few days before your departure, you can check the exact time you will be picked up from your hotel in our shop. The pick-up time is approximately 2-3 hours before your flight departure.
Yes, we can book the flight for you on request. Please note that we do not have any agreements with airlines, so we use the same rates you would find online (unless it concerns a group of more than 10 people).
We charge an administration fee of €25 per ticket for arranging your flight.
Not in price, but in convenience! We take care of the search and booking, and are happy to help you plan your trip.
Yes, after booking, we will ask you to enter your flight details on the ‘My booking’ page. This will enable us to organize your transfer.
Rental bikes
Our road bikes are equipped with compact cranksets and have 11-speed (Fuji) or 12-speed (Wilier) cassettes. Ideal for both flat roads and steep climbs. The exact gear system is listed for each bike in the overview.
Yes, almost all of our bikes are equipped with a holder for Garmin or Wahoo. Please indicate which device you use when making your reservation, and we will ensure that the correct holder is fitted.
No, insurance is not included as standard. However, we do offer the option of taking out damage insurance, including breakdown assistance. You can find the details of this when booking or on request.
Sure! Many guests choose to ride with their own pedals or saddle. You can also choose our pedals (Look, Shimano SPD, Shimano SPD-SL, flat pedals). Please indicate this on the ‘My Booking’ page and we will be happy to install them for you when you pick up your bike.
Each bike comes with a pump, a saddle bag with spare inner tube, and tire levers. A backpack with water bottle is also included. A helmet can be rented separately.
Yes, when you make your reservation, we ask for your height or specific bike fit details (such as saddle height). After making your reservation, you can enter additional measurements such as saddle height and saddle-to-handlebar distance on your ‘My Booking’ page. This ensures that the bike is already largely customized for you when you arrive.
In the event of minor breakdowns (flat tire, chain off), you can usually get back on the road quickly with the tools provided. Do you have more serious problems? Then contact us for our road side assistance. You can book this, together with bicycle damage insurance, for € 20.
Yes, we offer delivery and collection of the bike at your accommodation upon request. Depending on the location and period, costs may apply. Read more about the options here.
Yes, you can! If the bike is available, we will be happy to extend the rental period. Please let us know as soon as possible so that we can guarantee availability.

Each accommodation has been carefully selected in collaboration with Rompelberg to offer optimal bike-friendly amenities: from location to facilities, fully tailored to active vacations.
Yes, every hotel has a secure Rompelberg bike garage where your bicycle can be safely stored, with space for maintenance and storage.
In Taurus Park, Fontanellas Playa, and Apartamentos Jade, among other places, you will find a Rompelberg Service & Shop offering rentals, technical support, and accessories.
The group tours depart daily from the central meeting point at Taurus Park and Playa de Palma Suites & Spa.
There are group rides at different levels, so everyone can cycle at a pace that suits them. We are happy to help you choose a group that matches your experience and goals.
Of course. You can set off on your own with our mapped routes, which are available for GPS. You can also receive personalized routes tailored to your level and preferences.
All communication about rides, activities, and any changes will take place via the Cyql app. There you can see the current program and easily sign up for group rides.
Yes, Amacx sports nutrition is available at all Rompelberg locations. You can fill your water bottle with sports drink at the bike distribution point, and the shops sell a wide range of gels, chews, and energy bars.
In addition to bike storage, there are washing facilities, charging points for e-bikes, repair facilities, and direct access to routes—everything is designed to make your cycling holiday run smoothly.
Upon arrival, please report to our Service & Shop. Your bike will be ready for you there, and you can receive advice about routes, maintenance, or additional equipment if desired.
All hotels are suitable for e-bikes, with facilities for safely charging your battery in or near the bicycle storage room.
